How does this work with Monster.com?
By editing your resume on monster.com you can display a link to your webpage and information letting employers know that you have additional information available on your webpage. Employers will see this on your resume and go to your respected webpage and view your information, resumes, portfolios, photos, and files you have placed on your webpage.
How do I edit my resume on monster?
    These instructions are assuming you have already registered with monster and you have already made a resume with them. First, go to monster.com. Login using the login link to the right. Once logged in, under the "My Resumes" tab click on the "Manage All" link. Now click on the "Edit" link under the resume heading you wish to edit. The next part depends on the type of resume you have listed with monster. Choose instruction for the types of resumes below;

Build a Monster Resume
    Once the page loads scroll down to the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" heading and click the "Edit" link. Now type in your webpage address (provided by us) and a message to let employers know that they can find more information on your webpage. Now, click the "Update Resume" or "Save and Return" button (all depends if you have more than one resumes). Last, on the next page that loads click the "I'm Finished" button at the top or bottom of the page.

Now you have two chooses one is to edit the document in Word and then click the "Browse" and upload your edited resume or edit the document using monster's "Option 2: Edit Online Layout". For both edit your resume, by some were with in it, typing in your webpage address (provided by us) and a message to let employers know that they can find more information on your webpage. Now, click the "Update Resume" or "Save and Return" button (all depends if you have more than one resumes). Last, click the "I'm Finished" button at the top or bottom of the page.
